Villager claim eachother's workstations

Sometimes, a villager will claim a workstation that is already being used, and the villager who was using that workstation before will walk around like they don't have a workstation. When I break/replace the workstation, the original owner claims it again. When the villager instant closing GUI glitch was still around (in 1.14.3), the original owners of the workstation would always have instantly closing GUIs.
