when i first start in a world and go to break a tree or when i go to mine the block that i mine without or with tool comes back and doesn't drop until u break it so many times then it chooses to drop and sometimes takes a while to pickup

when i go to break a block it doesn't not break til after u mine it like 10 times 

when u mine a block it should drop and u pick it up without a problem
