It wont load when i try to load the screen

So i tried to place a thing through before but a mod said i didnt have much infomation so im going to go into more detail as much as i can. Please do understand that im dyslexic and cannot understand sometimes. 

So a few weeks ago i downloaded minecraft onto my computer and tried to install it when all of a sudden my computer shut off this meaning it was stopped. I than proceded to load it again. deleting all the files for the last one.  Pushing forwards to a few days ago i downloaded it again and it started up perfectly i was able to play. I than had to come off the game and go for dinner. I than after dinner tried to get back on it when i got to the loading screen and it kept saying 'Not responding' and it was stuck on that screen for 30 minutes. I left it because this has happened before and i have left it and its worked but not this time. 

I than tried again today and all it is doing is loading to the end nearly and going into 'Not responding'. All my apps are updated and are working correctly i have nothing installed like mods or anything like that. I can't even open the game at this present momment due to the fact that its saying the game is currently running when in actual fact it isn't. Another thing i dont get a crash report so im unable to send them to you to show you what is happening, 

 Another major thing i have relised is i do not have a folder for the minecraft! I normally have a folder but i dont!

I hope this is more infomation, Im not good at describing as i struggle if you would like to know more please dont close it just ask i need it resolved asap as my little cousin is coming down soon and they play on it while their here and they cant as non of the accounts are working either.
