Another attempt at the gateway issue

Key details: The end gateway portals does not spawn correctly, as I'd assume it to spawn directly opposite eachother (meaning that for example, one portal spawning at X=1 to -1, Y=74 to 77, Z=-95 to -97, then the other one that is opposite to that, should be X=1 to -1, Y=74 to 77, Z=95 to 97).. But the issue is that it does not.

So, in my last post regarding this, I was told that what I was trying to do was suggest a feature change, but that is not the case. I went back to older worlds, specifically the world that I made something in The End on (The version of this world is 1.12.2). I had killed 20 dragons, and I went to check everything. Everything then and there was symmetrical, in regards to the end gateways. Then I went to try and make another world, this time in 1.14.4, killed 20 enderdragons, and checked it out. The portal at X 1 to -1, Y 74 to 77, Z -95 to -97 was the same, but when I went to check the other one, the coordinates had shifted (not like it changed in the same world, as said, this was a new world). The coordinates were X=0 to -2, Y=74 to 77, Z=95 to 97. I suspect that this is a bug that has happened in 1.14(though could be 1.13 too, haven't tested that one), but none the less, this is a change that is so minimal, that I refuse to believe that it is intentional, therefore I am reporting it as a bug. I will be providing screenshots in regards to the issue. The screenshots where you can see something has been built on is the 1.12.2 world, and the one where you just see end gateways is the 1.14.4 world. If there are any confusions, I will be happy to explain, but please do note that what I am requesting in not a feature change. I have no way of saying that it is a bug, but it's a change between versions that is stated nowhere, and is of such a minimal caliber, that I deem it to be a bug. Also, Fabric, and the mod I installed, changes nothing about world generation. The mod is LiteMatica, and Fabric is just a mod-loader.

You are using a modified version of Minecraft, which is notsupported. We only accept bug reports from the vanilla game.
If you can reproduce this bug in the vanilla game, please let us know.

Okay, incase we're counting a server (that runs on either Spigot, or Paper. Couldn't figure out which one), then the screenshots provided where I am in survival shows it. The dragons were killed in 1.14/1.14.1, if I recall correctly.

Incase we aren't doing that, I went and made another world, killed 20 more enderdragons, went and checked the same coordinates (also, this doesn't apply to JUST those two, it applies to all of them, but I feel like sending 20 screenshots would be unnecessary, though I did provide another example, this example only being shown in the fresh world). The screenshots where I am in creative, in that case, is the 100% newly loaded world where all I did was /setblock ~ ~ ~ end_portal, killed the dragons, and took the screenshots. It is run with "Latest Release" as my launcher version. Also, I don't know how to provide screenshots in a comment, so I'm going to post an Imgur link: https://imgur.com/a/upITgRM
Edit: The server runs on Paper, just got clarification from the owner.

Please recreate the problem using a completely vanilla client in singleplayer.

Already did so, as stated. I sent a screenshot from a server, and I sent a screenshot from a singleplayer world, I had created 20 minutes before making this post, killing 20 ender dragons to get the complete result. The screenshots that you see, where I am in creative is the singleplayer world.
Otherwise, I am misunderstanding what you mean by vanilla client singleplayer. I am playing on "Latest release 1.14.4", no modifications.

Edit: So, I went and made another world, this time without using "latest release 1.14.4", but making my own.. Instance? It can been seen in the Imgur link relating to this comment (It comes further ahead). Result: Same as always, this is the 3rd/4th world, I don't know what I can do more to prove that this is something that bugged out in 1.14(possibly 1.13), creating a difference. Here you have the link, and any further questions, please just ask... I'll be, I guess, happy to make yet another world, though I don't see what purpose it'd have. Also, the instance is called "Bug Report" so that I could find it in my launcher.

That there is just what I needed as further proof. Thanks!
