So, I've got this world that my friend and I are playing. Nothing was going wrong in general, until yesterday when we tried to play again.
The world was created sometime between 1.14 or 1.14.1 (most likely at 1.14) and we generated some chunks, and a village (that we used as house). Well, I did not test if the same issue happens at 1.14.3, but in 1.14.4 when we were playing he would disconnect all the time when he was at some older generated chunks. I generated some new ones before he joined and was working in one of them. I asked him to come there, and after he came he didn't disconnect anymore. To comprove it was actually those already generated chunks, he died once and when he respawned at our house (in one of the old chunks) he immediately disconnected. It happens in any of them, and I have no idea why that happens.
Server observation: I played alone for sometime in it, and built some exclusive stuff from 1.14.3+ in one of the older chunks (mini iron farm). The rest are old stuff (=1.14 or -1.14) .
We are currently using LogMeIn Hamachi to play together.
Observation: I've got other problem like this, that I always got disconnected from my internal server (1.14+) (apparently it only happens when I'm above 61fps).
Maybe it's because my computer sucks, but I'm really not sure.
Not sure how to prove that issue, but I think it should be enough.
Hope it's not duplicated, though I searched a lot and didn't find much about problematic 1.14+ client servers bugging like that.

ignore the setblock commands, i was testing some stuff lol
i couldnt reproduce about other players getting disconnected out of the world, for some reason. but could reproduce my client disconnecting from internal server. it may look that its because of the lag (high ms), but actually that only happens when im above 61 fps. whenever im lower than that, theres not a single problem when theres high ms and my server keeps active
