THe launcher of Minecraft V1.14.4 is not starting Minecraft. After a while I can only see the message "not responding" in the screen.
I have Windows 10 installed and the newest Java Version.
Some troubleshoots in the net told me to delete the bin folder of Minecraft but unfortunately this folder is not in the dedicated mincraft folder applicable.
How can I solve this issue?

What does that mean? I got this update from the software that I have purchased via Amazon.
After no response from the launcher I quit the launcher and he responded to me:
Java (TM) Plattform SE binary is not reacting
I have already deinstalled JAVA completely with the dedicated tool from the JAVA webpage and installed it again, but no effect. Still the same problem.
