I have a world in 1.14.4 in which all entitys are not affected by water physics, e.g. squids die in water, players can't swim but are able to run underwater (at full speed like on land)/water does not affect movement speed at all, Player die if the fall in water from a high position/get damaged even from smaller heights (happens also to all entitys). Other worlds are NOT affected be this, just this one world. I do not use any mods or add-ons. Placing new water still has no physics. Restarting the game didn't help.

Oh so I have to enable the vanilla datapack to have water physics? I mean after enabling it works now… So why would this even be a thing in the first place, or can you make your own water physics with a datapack? Anyways it's "fixed" now, thanks for helping
Yeah, by disabling the vanilla data pack, you essentially disable any vanilla game behaviour. This causes other issues as well, such as leaves disappearing even with logs nearby. See also MC-123029.
