game lags in single player even though my system has high enough specs to run at over 300 FPS, never encountered this bug in 1.14.3. would really like if this is fixed soon, its causing lag during moments i don't need lag.

What kind of lag are you experiencing? Low FPS or server lag like blocks re-appearing, being teleported back, or entities not moving?
We do not have enough information to find the cause of this issue.
Please run /debug start, wait a while and then run /debug stop. Afterwards, run /debug report.
If you do not have the permission to run these commands, open your world to LAN and enable cheats. If you're on a server, make sure that you're a server operator in order to execute these commands.

I'm not a Moderator, but i would suggest uploading to 1.14.4 version. It is by far the best version of the 1.14 saga, with a lot of performance improvements. I got boosted my FPS from 15 to 60+ in the same world, so give it a try!
