It lags randomly while playing singleplayer in 1.14.4. i think this is a bug occurs when the world is open for 2-3 hours or maybe the pc?

What kind of lag do you experience? Low FPS (the graphics are not very smooth) or bad server performance (for instance, mobs don't move, you get teleported back, blocks reappear, or similar)?
