FPS drop when entering a specific chunk

When entering some specific chunks, the FPS suddenly drops to 0 for a short moment.

It doesn't affect every chunk, and it happens every time we enter them with a specific direction (for some it's while looking east, other north, other both...).

Here's the content of my latest.log:

there is some laggy machines in Minecraft. If you can search the chunk you could find something like a zero tick farm lagging it for a second. IDK I am not pro or anything but try to see in spectator mode at first.

I don't think it comes from my machine (it happens for other users too), and this is a map on a private build server, so no farm or things like this. In spectator, there is nothing underneath the ground.

In-game, run the following commands:

/debug start
do things that cause lag
/debug stop

/debug report

After this, attach the resulting profiler and debug report files to this ticket.

As far as I have tested, it also happens on empty chunks.

Please check if that's still an issue for you in 19w45a.
