When entering some specific chunks, the FPS suddenly drops to 0 for a short moment.
It doesn't affect every chunk, and it happens every time we enter them with a specific direction (for some it's while looking east, other north, other both...).

I don't think it comes from my machine (it happens for other users too), and this is a map on a private build server, so no farm or things like this. In spectator, there is nothing underneath the ground.
In-game, run the following commands:
/debug start
do things that cause lag
/debug stop/debug report
After this, attach the resulting profiler and debug report files to this ticket.
there is some laggy machines in Minecraft. If you can search the chunk you could find something like a zero tick farm lagging it for a second. IDK I am not pro or anything but try to see in spectator mode at first.
