Charging a bow for the first time in creative mode won't show an arrow on the bow or in the hot bar's bow icon

The Bug

**Upon opening the creative menu and taking a bow and arrow, and then charging the bow by holding right click, the bow's charging animation will not show the arrow (See image 1) which would usually be shown between the string and front of the bow in the animation (See image 2) the arrow is also not shown in the hot bar while the arrow is being charged as it usually is. This only occurs in creative mode and only the first charging of a bow taken from the creative inventory is affected. upon stopping the bow from charging or shooting the arrow the next time you charge the bow the animation will work like normal from then on

How to Reproduce 

 1. Create new world (Creative)

 2. Grab bow and arrow from the creative inventory

 3. Hold bow and hold down right click to charge the bow, the glitch will occur in the animation of the bow
