I came across the same error, unsure if related.

And yes, the server is vanilla. downloaded straight from the launcher.
Just had this same error, where our hosted server running with 4 GB of RAM immediately crashed upon a player loading in, with an Exception Ticking World error. No other players online, server had started only a few hours before (and is on a daily scheduled restart). No other players had connected to the server since the restart occurred, either. I'll attach the full crash report (crash-2019-11-12_15.14.34-server.txt).
Other similar bug reports (MC-148830,Β MC-148913) state that this might be related to chunk loading, but they're flagged as fixed/duplicates. They've got different error strings but also occurred when chunk loading was taking place.
Java version 1.8.0_131, OS Linux (amd64) version 4.9.166-xxxx-std-ipv6-64.
We had three of these crashes today.

We can't seem to pin it down to any specific player or object. We are running the vanilla 1.14.4 JAR, 16 GB on a hosted dedicated server.
I am encountering this issue again in 1.16.5 for the last couple of days (referenced in the duplicated MC-215598). It happens at a specific position somewhere related to the regions r.-2.0 and r.-1.0 which can be found in my recently attached crash log
[media], along with the necessary server files referenced within.
Are you hosting on your PC ? And have you made it ? Or are you hosting it on servers ?
