[MC-158544] The bow when it is tensioned and I change it to another bow with the number bar does not cancel the animation being it is appearing without arrow

When I tense a bow and change it with another bow using the numerical bar this not disappear the charging animation and besides appears without the arrow.

Issue in MC-156884 is fixed, but this one was untouched, also, the issue here can be done in Survival mode, but MC-156884 only in Creative, therefore it's not a duplicate and should be reopened.

Confirmed for 19w35a.
