Inventory doesn't close

I changed the open/close inventory key from [ E ] to [ Tab ]. Opening the inventory just works fine, closing doesn't. When I press tab again the game just highlights the recipe book. The only way I can close the inventory again is with [ Esc ].

Also I changed the playerlist from [ Tab ] to [ Return ] and still it doesn't work, In previous versions it worked absolutely fine though.

 Accessing workbenches, chests, etc..., is also affected by this bug.
