When winning a raid, villagers without sky access dont play celebrating sounds, they only run randomly around.
If the villagers gets sky acces during their celebration i.e. the roof above them are removed or they are going outside, they will begin to play their celebrating sounds.
To reproduce, have villagers in a closed off space without sky access and trigger a raid and win it. Observe the villagers running around celebrating but without their celebrating sound.

No I dont mean them shooting off their fireworks but them sounding their nasaly noises, when winning a raid, they have celebrating "ahaa" type noises, they dont play them if they dont have sky access above.
Ah, right, I didn't actually know they made other sounds other than firing fireworks when a raid is won. It's just playing the "mob/villager/yes" sounds, but the sound id is entity.villager.celebrate
and the subtitle is "Villager cheers". I'm able to confirm.
This is still an issue in version 1.15.2
Also if the villagers suddenly gets sky acces during their celebrating, , they will begin to play their victory sounds while they are still celebrating the raid victory.
What celebration sounds do you mean? The fireworks going off? It's intentional that villagers only set off fireworks when they're outside, they're not that suicidal!
