So basically, I have this world on 1.14 I worked VERY hard on. What happened I went on 1.8 on this server and lost the village and house I lived in with all of my stuff. Once I went back onto the server with 1.14 that area was gone but explored deserts, temples, and villages were there. Is there a way to bring this all back.

Downgrading has never been, and will never be supported.
If you have created a backup of the world, you can restore the world using that backup. If you haven't, there is no way to get anything that is lost back.
