I'm only interested in knowing if it's a Minecraft problem or mine. A greeting.

What were you doing before the game crashed?

Different things, do not I can not tell exactly because everything happens very fast.
The only thing I can tell you is the crash happens on several occasions ... when you finish interacting with an object, when walking, ... etc.
This crash happens to me at least once a day in very different situations. Sorry not to be so precise.

(If it happens again, I will be more attentive to see what exactly I was doing.)

No worry, it's no big deal. The crash report should be a big help already.

In the end I updated Java and the crash stopped appearing.

Java problems then.
