Beehive loses honey level when being broken without silk touch

Upon breaking a beehive without Silk Touch, it looses its "honey_level" tag. It keeps it when being broken by a tool with the silk touch enchantment.

Block state tags are not saved in the inventory.

Yes they are, the inventory icon is just not displayed properly.

This might be intended.
