[MC-159412] Bee hives can generate on spruce trees

The bug

Bee hives are not meant to generate in Taiga biomes. However, when a Taiga biome generates next to a plains biome, beehives can sometimes generate on Spruce trees from the Taiga biome, where they're not supposed to be.

Works As Intended, bee hives can generate on all type of trees.

MC-159734 seems to be covering this issue already, but will be unable to reproduce if MC-159472 is fixed. I would like to merge the two issues, but this ticket has a way to reproduce without MC-159472, so I'll be leaving this open for now.
