Hostile bees stay hostile when switching to Creative after hitting them in Survival

The bug

After a player hits a bee and goes to creative, the bee stays hostile even though the player is in Creative. They will also follow the player but do not attack at all (unless if the bee hive or bee nest is broken), unlike evokers, pillagers, iron golems and drowned. (See MC-153697 and MC-146524).

You can use campfires to make them passive.

How to Reproduce

  1. Spawn a bee

  2. Go to Survival

  3. Attack the bee

  4. Press F3+N to switch gamemodes to Creative
→ ❌ The bees still have red eyes

They also turn hostile in creative mode when harvesting honey

While testing I've discovered that the bee's hostile behavior and it seems that it is intentional behavior. Unlike the Angry tag for wolves, the Anger tag for bees is based on how many ticks the bee has left to stays angry, when it reaches to 0 the bee becomes passive but I'm not sure if this is intentional.

They also turn hostile in creative mode when harvesting honey

I've split that issue of into MC-159529.

And yeah, to me it seems like this is intentional as well, based on how bee anger is implemented. But I'm leaving this open for a dev to decide.
