[MC-159581] Shift click while using a crafting table transfers items to the crafting slots instead of other player inventory slots

What I expected to happen was...:
while using workbench shift click from hotbar should transfer item up from hotbar to player inventory

What actually happened was...:
Shift click transferred items from hotbar to empty workbench slots similar to shift clicking in a chest. Also transferred from player inventory to workbench slots.

Steps to Reproduce:

Interact with workbench
Shift click item in player inventory

Can confirm. And yeah, I believe that this is an intended change as well, though I couldn't find a source on that. But I find it very annoying as well. Especially since you can no longer shift-click things into your hotbar from the inventory.
