[MC-159590] almost instant honey/honey comes endlessly

copying a bee nest with a bee inside using ctrl + middle click then placing it will eventually be at honey level 5 forever. returning to level 5 almost instantly after the player uses shears/bottle on it.

This is probably caused by MC-159383: The bees inside of the hive/nest can never leave the hive and constantly try leaving it.
