[MC-159988] Can't cross the nether portal

When I try to cross the nether portal, the "loading terrain" screen is infinite. This affects me from 1.14. The debug reports are made before crossing the nether portal. NOTE: This bug happens the 90% of time. The bug happens in the second debug report. This is still happens in 19w36a but VERY few times. Thanks u
