I saw this error in a forum but the fix there didnt work . When i fullscreen in minecraft on version lesser that 1.12.2 including 1.12.2 i get this error
and the error is not in the newer version

Your Minecraft version is outdated. We currently take issues for version 1.14.4 and the latest snapshot.
Please update to the latest version as it includes the newest fixes. If you still have this problem after updating, then please create a new issue.
In case of a game crash, please also attach the crashlog.
