I was afking in the nether with my automatic wither skeleton farm. I died from hunger and decided to respawn. It took a while to respawn. When I got back to the farm my redstone was completely messed up: some thing were powered on that should not be powered. All of my flying machines were also broken. There are some reference pictures down below.
