Named Entity(/pets) disappear after being teleported away

rename tamed cat/dog (so far this is persistent by taming naturally spawned cats and wolves)

spawned in command block and typed 

/tp @e[name=woof] <coordinates>  

let the coordinates be >1000 blocks away from where the command block is placed (out of range for pets to teleport)

go to coordinates and the cat/dog appears for a while before disappearing poof
