insane lag on my minecraft java realm

When i break blocks they just reappear time and time again, i cant kill mobs it takes 7 hits or more to kill a zombie pigman

Are you on a server?

I have this same issue, It happens on singleplayer and offline it doesn't matter it still is happening at least for Mac users Java Edition
