Ghast attacking bug

Ghasts won't attack me when i'm in their sight in 70% situations, even when i hit them, this report is not as same as MC-74585 or MC-134585 because i found they only attack me with a delay when i place or mine a block in their sight; or when I enter their chunk (or they enter mine)
