If you create the repeater that should be powered but it is not updated, it stays unpowered and when you change it's delay it updates all blocks that are near this repeater(6 blocks) and the blocks that are near the air block in front of the repeater(5 blocks) but it does not update itself and stays unpowered after changing the delay

abusing the new wet sponge to sponge - nether placement to get a repeater into that "glitched" state
It does not happen until you use any bugs like the bug with the wet sponge or other bugs that allow you to cancel block updates
Does this also happen if you use blocks other than wet sponge?
