in my original account (AHMED) some of my tickets are not noticed/mentioned like

ways to solve the Jira bug tracker

• notifications for bug tracker or minecraft team for stuff like 2 days without any check

• a special list for bug tracker and minecraft team for Opened & ReOpened tickets

• a special color for it

• notifications may also be added for any comment reply for reporters

• relpy button to add more user mention in comments

• more notifications for @(username)

• add special mojang desktop notification by browser allow
