My chunks have completely rearranged, tearing up my world. I have not used any mods, run java edition, and back up my world every new update, with the last one three days ago. My world has also been experiencing lots of other glitches, such as no falling damage, unlimited water breathing, and no fire damage. Is there any way to get my world back?

This is what happens when playing in snapshots.
The glitches: no fall damage, no drowning, and no fall damage are do to a glitch when playing old worlds in 19w36a.
This is a bug tracker, give more info on how you made the bug happen, how to replicate it, and ask questions somewhere else.
This could be marked as a duplicate of MC-160464 so search before you post.
The only thing that might have to be looked into is the chunks being rearranged.
