Tipped arrows in 1.14.4 do not work correctly when combined with enchanted Bows and Crossbows. The extra damage from a Harming 2 arrow is only 1 heart more than regular arrow, instead of 6.
This basically makes them worthless for use ingame.
I tested with Arrow of Harming II and Arrow of Healing II.
With both the arrow effect seems to not work.
Every time someone posts about this issue, it is signed off as a Duplicate of another bug... but that bug does not list 1.14 as having the issue...
I know it gets the issue off your todo list... but it never gets fixed that way.
Please just fix this issue, instead of marking it resolved then not resolving it.
