hi bug tracker! i need help to manage my own version

Hi

my pc is trash trash trash trash trash so i cant run 1.14 to 19w37a

so i mentioned that 1.13 version file is like 19w37a so

i tried my best to combine the two versions but there it goes game crashed without a crash file so

i also mentioned the same as recource pack and 1.13  so i put some files together and the

neccecary pack.png and pack.meta and all changed is the way of loading 1.13 and textures so

can the bug tracker help me to add every thing in the version to 1.13

then i can start helping with good start of 19w37a like bees,hives and nests and whatever added in 1.14 and 19w37a

so i did

1. assets,com,data and net files to 1.13 recource pack and every thing got replaced

2. i run 1.13 and i noticed it says "preparing spawn area % number%" instead of preparing spawn area number%

i still misisng some more files or somehting to own 19w31a1.13

so i need a minecraft epic devlober or a minecraft guy who understands the version way

with all love and wishes to be the 1st game on earth
