[MC-161110] Trident dissapeared in block

So i was fighting some mobs in my hardcore world and all of a sudden, when i threw my trident on a block really close to a spider that i was trying to hit, it just dissapeared. (Watch the linked video)

What enchantments did the trident have? When closing the world and opening it again, does the trident reappear?

I had loyalty and mending also yes i have tried closing and opening the world but my trident wont reappear.

Update: I got it back in my inventory after like five days when i relogged in.
