[MC-16116] Infinite water source not working as expected

When creating an infinite water source, both corners MUST be left alone. If one is taken, the source will not replenish. Tested on survival and creative.

A new source block is created between 2 other source blocks.

@unknown, please don't remove the description of reports. It might be still useful for other players searching for a bug report.
