My minecraft is bugging a lot, i can't see any skins beside my own skin. Its been like this for about 2 months now. Pleas help

Hi Mojang.. Sometimes my skin and friends not properly show when we play in my realm.. see image above.. And sometimes it keep swelling like creeper command (small to fully complete body).. I do have command blocks that runs creeper.swelling I 99 true for my npcs.. but, it never happen for months ago.. so i need help to figure it out and solve this.. Or give me guide to solve this manually.. I don't want to delete my npcs command blocks.. My update version is bedrock V 1.16.221 and we play in variety bedrock platform..
