Steps to reproduce:
Start playing (I've tried it on a local server)
Press the "mine" button (I've tried to mine a dirt block with hand)
You don't see the mining animation (texture on the block)
Break the block and wait ~300ms

Can't reproduce that bug again, but mining animation on block is still not visible.
EDIT: it happened again, looks like it's caused by something other than block breaking
