Potions mess up if you scroll your hotbar onto another

I was drinking a potion, and when I scrolled to a second potion in my hotbar, it deleted my potion I switched to. I was going for a Furious Cocktail and my invisibilty potion just disappeared. (Note how in the image there is a glass bottle missing from my hotbar and I'm very visible). This actually happened a second time (with slow falling) but I was able to brew replacement potions quickly enough.
