When you get off a boat and your boat is on blue ice at high speeds, the boat disappears until you go into the chunk before you got of the boat and then go where the boat actually is.

We're actually already tracking this issue in MC-101247, so I resolved and linked this ticket as a duplicate.
However, that ticket has already been resolved as Fixed. The fix will arrive in the next version or is already included in the latest development version of the game.
