[MC-161642] Game crashes when placing a sign

When I destroy and place a new sign in a short period of time the game crashes bringing me back to the Minecraft Launcher.

The problem doesn't hapen when I destroy and place the sign when 10 seconds (for example) passes.

We're actually already tracking this issue in MC-157837, so I resolved and linked this ticket as a duplicate.
