Ok so I wanted to make a flatworld for redstone stuff but the loading terrain screen get's stuck at 100% or 28% or even 67%. In the logs the only thing that seems wrong is, "Unable to find spawn biome".

How long did you wait? Sometimes the game just needs a while to find a valid spawning spot.
