My server and I have been struggling to find slimes in the criteria where they spawn in : Slime chunks (below 40, with caves lit up), swamps at a full moon. I do feel like it has something to do with possibly bukkit, spigot or maybe paper. But it has happened in my old server that has been run by a different host.
