so some how where I going in or out the Nether portal my armor is it invisible of some how...but where I look at my e of my itmes I see I have the iron armor... where I take out my boots and put is back is got back of my armor..

We're actually already tracking this issue in MC-88179, so I resolved and linked this ticket as a duplicate.
However, that ticket has already been resolved as Fixed. The fix will arrive in the next version or is already included in the latest development version of the game.
