[MC-161795] Arrow sticking in block graphics is not right

An arrow sticking into a block has a black border around it or make water invisible.

We're actually already tracking this issue in MC-161346 and MC-161318, so I resolved and linked this ticket as a duplicate.

However, those tickets already have been resolved as Fixed. The fixes will arrive in the next version or are already included in the latest development version of the game.

If you haven't already, you might like to make use of the search feature in the future to see if the issue has already been reported.
