F3+T does not reload saved hotbars from hotbar.nbt

F3+T does not reload saved hotbars from the hotbar.nbt file. When working with map making or testing nbt data it is sometimes easier to load/save items from the hotbar file externally, however, each time the hotbar file is modified you have to restart the game for changes to take effect.

Why should it do that? Hotbars are not resources.

Hmm. I would consider them resources since they are stored in a file and loaded at game launch. It's extremely annoying to repeatedly relaunch the game just to reload them.

Not to mention there's no way to reload them when multiple game clients are open. That can lead to some issues.

As everything that F3+T is supposed to do is reloading resource packs, and saved hotbars are not a part of resource packs, this is a feature request and not a bug.
