[MC-162207] Incorrect enchantment glow with resource pack.

I am not sure if this is a problem with the resouce pack, but it doesn't do this in orther versions.
The enchanted item glow is incorrect and all white.

Your resource pack is outdated and needs to be updated to comply with the new 1.15 resource pack format.

Did the format change in the latest snapshot (19w39a), because even in all the snapshots before that it still worked.

Yes it did. The fact that the resource pack is not marked as incompatible is another bug though, see MC-161844.
