What I expected to happen was...:
Grass should have a normal grass texture.
What actually happened was...:
Grass appears to be the snowed variant when held.

1. Hold a grass block.
2. Look at grass block in hand.

We're actually already tracking this issue in MC-161841, so I resolved and linked this ticket as a duplicate.
