This started out with no fall damage from any height and no drowning underwater. Then, after waiting 10 in game nights, no phantoms appeared. And finally, newest thing, my turtles have all spawned upside down. Its very freaky and I'd like it to stop. I'd like all these issues to be looked at please

The turtle issue is already reported as MC-161858, and the fact that no phantoms are spawning, and you can take no damage by drowning, fall damage, or fire is because you opened the world in a snapshot that set some gamerules to false. Change them to true manually to solve the issue. This is just something that happens in snapshots from time to time.
