[MC-16233] No sound + NPE in 13w21a

There are notable errors regarding sound initalization as well as a null pointer somewhere in there as well. The null pointer did not crash Minecraft.

Edit: I should note that the sound stopped working as soon as I created a new test world. It was working fine in the menu.

@Tails: Mine is not a duplicate because his occurs when he inserts a CD into a Jukebox. My sound stops working as soon as a new world is created.

Client>     ERROR MESSAGE:

That's the standard Minecraft music which randomly plays, also causes MC-16150.

There's no sound in general in the new snapshot Tails.
