When I go to the creative menu it flashes dark and white It does have a Difference but a very small Difference just look at the screenshots
if You don't know what I mean, I Think It's A glitch You Know When You Put Blaze 3D Rendering well It Gave the game more Bugs then It already Has We Just Need to Know why Did You blaze 3d Rendering Early? when The game needed To be Fixed first I'm not complaining It's just I'm Worried If we Keep Using New Things like this in the future there Will be More and More bugs I Hope your fixing Everything and All Minecraft Lies in Your hands

See if the issue persists in 19w40a. If so, please force a crash by pressing F3 + C for 10 seconds while in-game and attach the crash report (minecraft/crash-reports/crash-<DATE>-client.txt) here.
What's your graphics card? Also, how exactly do you get the issue to occur?
And finding and fixing bugs is the very purpose of snapshots. It's to be expected that they're buggy, and they exist to find those bugs so that they can be squashed before the version is released!
